The Asia-Pacific International Food Safety Conference is a regional conference series of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). It is held every two year and was first held in Korea (2009), followed by Australia (2011) and most recently in Taiwan (2013). It aims to serve as a platform to discuss the latest trends and issues in food safety across the Asia Pacific region, bringing together food safety professionals from all sectors including government, industry and academia.
