I help brands and businesses grab opportunities and fix problems, using words. I help them suss out or sort out their story, and tell it in a way that's distinctive and memorable. This is often intertwined with what their brand stands for, and what their overall strategy is. I help them define and use what's become known as their 'tone of voice'.
