Tenzing – Natural Yuzu Energy In A Can
Ever wish you could have the energy to climb Everest? Or just to tackle your to-do list? Us, too. Tenzing Natural Energy could be the help we’ve been looking for! Inspired by Sherpa Tenzing, one of the first two men to summit Everest, Tenzing Natural Energy is an energy drink that is powered by plants and free of artificial ingredients and additives! Their energy elixir is inspired by the brews of the Sherpa people that combined electrolytes, caffeine, and antioxidants to give energy and drive! They launched their original flavor, which we reviewed here, in 2017 and now they’re back with a delicious, fruity take on Tenzing with their Raspberry and Yuzu flavor!
Raspberry and Yuzu Tenzing starts with the same super-fuel that makes up the base of their original flavor: Himalayan Rock Salt, Indian Gooseberry, Green Coffee, Lemon Juice, Guarana, Green Tea and Beet Sugar. Then they add British raspberries and Japanese yuzu to give it a citrusy tart and sweet flavor that left us wanting more and more! The flavor is truly delicious, and with as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, it gives us a noticeable boost to get through our day. We love that it’s free of any artificial ingredients or sugars, and that each can has less than 50 calories and 5g of natural sugar! The Raspberry Yuzu flavor they’ve created is absolutely unique and a total treat for the taste buds, with just the right amount of fizz and not a HINT of synthetic-type fruit flavor. This drink has one of the most natural and true-to-fruit flavors, even among other all-natural drinks we’ve tried!
Tenzing Natural Energy comes packaged in an attractive slim can with a graphic mountain peak illustration wrapping the can. We’re not sure Tenzing actually gives us the energy to summit Everest, but we don’t think all the coffee in the world could do that for us! We love that the can immediately hints at the drink’s connection to the Sherpa people. The original Tenzing comes in an aqua-blue can and the Raspberry Yuzu in a vivid pink, both of which will stand out in the best way on shelves! Even better? Their cans are 100% recyclable and BPA free, and 5% of their profits are invested in environmental projects! Tenzing is also GMO-free, sugar-free, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. Tastes good to drink, feels good to drink!
